The Maple Leafs make their annual holiday trip to Long Island tonight for a 7 P.M. match-up. This years game comes earlier as the previous 2 took place the day after Christmas, December 26. Islanders line-up is the same tonight as it was Monday against the Lightning. Here is the Maple Leafs line-up courtesy of Islanders Point Blank:

The Islanders have a good track record against Toronto during the Holiday season. In their meeting during the 2007-2008 season the Islander won in dramatic fashion, Mike Comrie scored the game winning goal off of a rebound shot from Richard Park with 10 seconds left in overtime.

In the2008-2009 the Islanders won another memorable game over the Leafs. Rick Dipietro made a surprise start to the delight of Isles fans in attendance. He made 28 saves in 29 shots, along with Kyle Okposo, Freddy Meyer scoring and Bill Guerin netted his 399and 400th goals of his career. To top it all offkeanu reeves was in attendance while in town filming "The Day the Earth Stood Still."
